Majmau Group of Institutions, a leading educational initiative established in 1986 as a pioneer endeavour to integrate traditional and modern systems of education. MGI was established at Areekode in Malappuram district of Kerala and became the torchbearer for the institutes of the same folk. Looking back to the past, it is so gratifying to see that the offspring of MGI have found their niches in relevant walks of life, inside the country and beyond alike.

MGI is focussing on providing an integrated education for the socially and economically backward sections of society.  Total 208 young scholars Graduated from MGI. As a result of the continuous effort of its founders MGI has made a bountiful contribution to the academic community in the form of numerous young scholars, doctoral fellows, university/college professors and winners of national and international fellowships in a variety of disciplines. We are proud to share that 10 MGI students awarded PhD from state and central universities.  MGI hopes to develop the institute as a research centre; we expect all kinds of support and cooperation from the academic community.

Knowledge is the lost property of the believer. The Prophet has taught us to gather it wherever we find it. Efforts to eradicate darkness from the world by spreading knowledge are the aim of educational initiatives. This is also the need to universalize education. But today there is a unique situation where spiritual education is being neglected in the craze of materialism. Religion does not discourage acquiring material knowledge along with spiritual learning. Religion encourages material learning as it is necessary to converse with the new age.

This is where the system of spiritual- material integrated learning becomes relevant. Areekode Majmau Siddiqiya Da’wa College is the first initiative in this field. The institution has already managed to bring more than a hundred preachers to the forefront. The institution, which operates under the syllabus of Jamiatul Hidh Al-Islamiyya, a confederation of da’wa colleges, has been making remarkable strides. The institution has achieved an enviable record in Jamia examinations and competitive examinations. The organization is moving forward with confidence to make remarkable strides in the coming future as well.
